PRICE & PAYMENT
Different Bride? will only accept any of the following three (3)
methods of payment:
1. Direct Bank Deposit
2. B-Pay
3. Money Orders
At Different Bride®, we pride ourselves on maintaining well-established
relationships with both suppliers and customers, with a strong emphasis
placed on communication.
Therefore, it is our duty of care, that a consultant from Different
Bride? will contact you at these stages throughout the payment process:
1. When payment for your purchase is received at

2. When your purchase has been dispatched from
supplier location
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Different Bride® must abide by a strict no return policy.
All sales processed through differentbride.com are FINAL, unless
retuned items meet return criteria:
• It has some basic, serious manufacturing or material fault
that the customer could not have known about when purchasing them
• Does not fit the purpose it advertises
• Does not match a sample they were shown
• Items are not as they were described
When returning, these guidelines must be you followed:
• The merchandises have not been altered and worn.
• The merchandises must be in brand-new, unworn condition
with all of the original packing materials. The gown cannot be altered.
• The gown must be in perfect condition - no dirt, no make-up,
absolutely perfect and clean!
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• Additional freight for exchanging is required. This will
vary depending on the garment
• 15% restocking fee will be applied for all refused merchandise!
• All return shipping & courier charges are the responsibility
of the buyer.
A fully complete return card must accompany the returned item. Click
